We are a community-driven team committed to restoring transparency, accountability, and integrity within our Homeowners Association. Our mission is to ensure responsible governance by empowering homeowners, promoting financial clarity, and encouraging meaningful engagement. Through education, outreach, and strategic action, we aim to create a responsive and inclusive board that reflects the shared vision and values of our neighborhood.

Charleston Court has never elected a Board of Directors. Why? Because year after year, we’ve fallen short of achieving a quorum — the minimum number of votes required to hold a valid election.

Charleston Court has 188 townhomes, and our governing documents require 30% participation — that’s at least 57 plus homeowners — to make change possible. Unfortunately, many have stopped participating, and the same people has remained in place for decades.

But the time for a fresh start is now.

We believe Charleston Court needs new energy, new ideas, and a Board that listens, values homeowners input and leads with transparency and financial accountability. Together, we can bring more voices to the table and build a more vibrant, engaged community.

Let’s make 2026 the year that change begins.
