Homeowner and investor in the Charleston Court community since 1999 when I purchased preconstruction then I liked this community so well I purchased my home here in 2021.
Experience
I am a former Federal employee(retired). I spent my 34-year career in various positions(at various locations) in Contracting divisions for the Department of Defense. I concluded my career in 2016 from the Department of the Navy at the Pentagon. Additionally, I served 7 years with the Air National Guard.

- To recompete service contracts on a regular basis to ensure best value
- To seek areas of cost savings without sacrificing maintenance and upkeep
- To establish regular BOD meetings (monthly, same day, time and location)
- To provide a timely and complete record of all meetings and board decisions
- To provide any information necessary to homeowners through a community website
- To encourage member participation in governance through committee membership
- To bring Charleston Court back up to the beautiful place it is meant to be
